Small enough to care. Structured enough to prove it.

As a specialist B2B marketing agency, we work with clients across packaging, life sciences, manufacturing and technology. These are industries where responsible business practice, ethical conduct and environmental care are increasingly central to every supply chain decision.

We take that seriously. Our commitment to sustainability and responsibility is backed by internationally recognised management systems, published policies, and measurable targets that we report against annually.

We are an SME, and we believe that being small does not diminish our obligation. It sharpens it. Every decision we make has a direct impact on our team, our clients, and our community.

"Doing business responsibly means being honest about where we are, transparent about where we're going, and disciplined enough to measure both. That's the standard we hold ourselves to at Think B2B."
Emma CzirokExecutive Director, Think B2B Marketing

Four pillars of responsible business

Our sustainability and responsibility programme covers four interconnected areas. Each is governed by a published policy, supported by training, and reviewed annually.

Environmental Management

Certified to ISO 14001:2015, we actively measure and reduce our environmental impact. We track electricity, gas, waste and commuting data, and have published quantitative reduction targets aligned to the DEFRA reporting framework.

Labour & Human Rights

We provide fair pay at or above National Living Wage, a comprehensive benefits package, hybrid working, and a structured wellbeing programme for 100% of our employees. We uphold the Equality Act 2010 and operate zero-tolerance policies on discrimination and modern slavery.

Ethics & Integrity

Our published Code of Ethics sets out zero-tolerance commitments on bribery, corruption, fraud, anti-competitive behaviour and tax evasion. Every employee completes mandatory ethics training, and we operate an independently accessible whistleblowing procedure.

Sustainable Procurement

We apply environmental and ethical criteria when selecting and reviewing suppliers. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the standards we expect across labour practices, environmental responsibility, anti-bribery and data security.

Internationally certified management systems

Our management systems are independently certified and audited annually by Amtivo. Certifications are valid to August 2028.

That report will sit alongside our first Annual Sustainability Report, which will bring together environmental, people and governance performance for the year and will also be published in Q2 2026.

As a signatory of the SME Climate Hub, the official SME pathway to the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, Think B2B Marketing is committed to halving our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030 and achieving net zero before 2050. We disclose our progress annually.

Equality Act 2010 — zero tolerance

We do not discriminate on any of the nine protected characteristics. All employees have access to our Grievance Procedure and independent EAP support.

Modern Slavery Act 2015 compliance

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour or human trafficking in our business or supply chain, with annual risk assessments and training.

Annual training for every employee

Mandatory training in anti-bribery, data protection, cyber security, sustainability, equality, and health and safety, completed via our digital learning platform.

Standards that extend beyond our own doors

Our ethical commitments apply not just to our own conduct, but to the partners, suppliers and contractors we work with.

Code of Ethics & Business Conduct

Our published Code of Ethics (TBB-POL-ETH-001, effective April 2026) sets out zero-tolerance commitments on bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud, anti-competitive behaviour and tax evasion. Every employee reads and signs it within 30 days of joining.

Supplier Code of Conduct

We require our suppliers to meet or work toward the standards set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct, covering fair labour, environmental responsibility, anti-bribery compliance, and UK GDPR data handling.

Whistleblower Protection

Any employee, contractor or supplier can raise concerns through our confidential Whistleblowing Procedure (TBB-POL-ETH-002). Zero retaliation, guaranteed. The procedure was reviewed and reissued in April 2026.

Data Protection & Cyber Security
